David W. Pugh, CPA, CA
Mr. Pugh has been a director of BAS since 2011. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 45 years of experience. He was CFO of Argus for 11 years, when he was responsible for maintaining the integrity of all financial information and accounting processes for the BSX-listed company.
Gail E.M. Miller, JP
Ms. Miller has enjoyed a long association with BAS having joined the human resources department in 1982, and worked for the company for 13 years. She was appointed as a director of the BAS board in 1996.  Ms. Miller is Vice-President, Human Resources & Administration at The Oil Group of Companies.

Navi Dhesi
Chief Operating and Finance Officer
Navi is a qualified CPA, CMA and PMP with over 15 years of experience in Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting. Navi’s leadership role within the BAS Group of Companies, encompasses the oversight of BAS FM, Otis Bermuda, Weir Enterprises and all Corporate and Administration responsibilities of the Group.  She is responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the leaders of business units with emphasis on bottom line performance, working capital and enhancing shareholder value.

Jeffrey Cook
General Manager, Weir Enterprises
Jeff Cook is General Manager of Weir Enterprises, and has responsibility for managing the company’s overall operations including profit and loss, sales strategies and staff. Jeff began his career in the UK, in the auto industry, specializing in repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics for both commercial fleet and private passenger cars. He is a well-known veteran in the automotive industry, with nearly 50-years experience; attributing directly to the growth and profitability at Weir Enterprises Limited.

Daevon Burgess
Group Contract Manager, BAS FM
Daevon is a Facilities Management professional with core industry experience comprising of management, administrative, and operational competencies with over 15 years of management experience in both the service and retail industry. Daevon is currently the BAS facilities management group contract manager currently overseeing all BAS FM facilities management contracts. Daevon leads a team that is responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds of various clients, overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation projects, and coordinating safety inspections.

Chantelle Berkeley
Assistant Financial Controller
Chantelle is a qualified CPA with over 15 years of experience with financial reporting. Chantelle is responsible for all aspects of the finance department including internal and external reporting, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Chantelle supports the finance staff with month-end and year-end close process and ensures quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. She maintains quality, integrity and consistency in all financial activities within the group.

Steven Douglas
General Manager, Otis Elevator
Steven possesses over 15 years of Technical Elevator and project management experience with extensive qualifications specifically as a certified elevator inspector, certified facility manager (BOMI International), certified general management (AMA) OSHA 10 safety training courses and fundamentals of infection control.  Steven leads a team of technical elevator mechanics at Otis Bermuda to ensure development and modernization of elevators on time and within budget.
